Whilst there are 140 tasks required to sell your property, here’s the initial set of tasks* that we’re working on in order for us to make your listing shine and ensure your property sells fast at the best possible value. As soon as you're happy with our plans, all you have to do is sit back and leave the hard work to us! 

*Not applicable to off-market properties.


Preparing to Launch Your Property 

  • Finalise the proposed marketing plan.
  • Finalise the proposed schedule of Open for Inspections.

  • Finalise the proposed schedule for our weekly meetings.

  • Book video, photos, floorplan and copy. 
  • Send you a calendar invite for the final schedule of videography, photography, floor plan and copy. 

  • Update the property information on the Love & Co database such as legal documents, approved OFI schedule, auction date, etc.

  • Request Contract of Sale from your solicitor.
  • Submit marketing proofs to you and acquire your approval. 

  • Prepare all creative assets to be used for both digital and printed promotions.

  • Order all printed marketing assets such as signboards, brochures, DL cards, etc.   
  • Create a property guide or our "Better Buying Guide" to be provided to prospective buyers.

  • Arrange installation of sign boards/photoboards.

  • Launch property live on market.
  • Send you and email and SMS prompt once property is live. 


Marketing Your Property

  • Launch online marketing campaigns on social media, search engines and property portals. 

  • Contact prospective buyers from the database with matching preferences through email, and newsletters.
  • Send out letterbox drops.
  • Prepare and email the Marketing Progress Report Week 1.

  • Send an SMS invitation to prospective buyers for the first Open for Inspection. 

  • Enter all attendees, feedback and pros/cons into the database for week 1.

  • Prepare and email Marketing Progress Report Week 2.

  • Enter all attendees, feedback and pros/cons into the database for week 2.

  • Prepare and email Marketing Progress Report Week 3.

  • Enter all attendees, feedback and pros/cons into the database for week 3.

  • Prepare and email the Marketing Progress Report Week 4.

If Auction

  • Send an Auction Reminder through email to all Prospective Buyers. 

  • Prepare the Auction Summary, Bidding Sheet and Purchaser Information Sheet.

  • Send an Auction Reminder via SMS to all Prospective Buyers.

  • Prepare for Auction Day.
