When you work with Love & Co, you can expect complete transparency through solid and constant communication. You will receive regular updates on all activities generated at the property or behind the scenes such as:

  • Feedback from potential buyers
  • Information relating to surrounding properties on the market that could influence your pricing

To achieve the best possible outcome for you, all offers will be treated with strict confidentiality. We will also conduct strategic meetings with you throughout the campaign for accurate market updates. Of course, also feel free to contact us at any time for any reason.

We will reach buyers at every opportunity. 

Our team has created a strategic marketing plan* that will maximize your reach, build awareness to the right audience, and generate high-quality leads. Your campaigns will be structured on actual research and statistics of prospect buyers specific for your property.

We will arrange all the necessary actions to prepare your property and launch a full-scale marketing campaign, from booking professional video and photo services to creating floor plans and written content, from designing your signages/brochures to setting up your online and offline promotions. 

All contents, designs, and schedules will be subject to your approval prior to launch. Once your property is live, you will receive a weekly Marketing Progress Report so you have full visibility on the results of the campaign.

We will manage your property inspections.

We have prepared a schedule for your Open for Inspections, including our weekly catch up meetings. If you require any changes, please let us know. 

All inspection invites, reminders, and requests will be taken care of, including private inspection requests if necessary. We will keep a record of all attendees, enquiries, and provide you with unfiltered feedback that you need compete in the market. We guarantee to send follow-up communications to all who attended and enquired about your property and identify highly qualified buyers in the process.

We will make recommendations on what's right for your property and negotiate on your behalf.

Any offers (irrespective of price levels) will be submitted and discussed with you. Great care is taken before any recommendations are made, to ensure that we achieve the best price in the current market. You will receive a call on all interested offers within the same business day. This will then be confirmed in writing at the conclusion of the negotiations. 

Once an offer has been accepted, you have the option to come to the office to sign the required paperwork or sign electronically to confirm the final offer.
